We are probably used to seeing plants that grow everywhere and many pass us by unnoticed. But when we find a pretty flower at the height of winter, right up close, on a wall, next to a path... it always surprises us.
Snapdragons (Antirrhinum molle) are plants that grow over the rocks, taking advantage of the crevices.
We can find them on limestone rocks and in the pre-Pyrenean mountains they are abundant.
In Gerri, snapdragons are very much at home. We find them on the bridge over the river, the monastery walls or under balconies on houses.
